Transfer Certificate (TC) Policy

Issuance of Transfer Certificate

  1. Eligibility:
    • A Transfer Certificate (TC) is issued to students who wish to leave the school for reasons such as relocation, admission to another institution, or completion of studies at the school.
  2. Application Process:
    • Parents or guardians must submit a written application to the school office, stating the reason for the transfer.
    • All dues, including tuition fees and other charges, must be cleared before the TC is processed.
  3. Processing Time:
    • The TC will be issued within [specified number of days, e.g., 7-10 working days] from the date of application, provided all formalities are completed.

Details on the Transfer Certificate

The TC will include the following details:

  • Student’s name, date of birth, and admission number.
  • Last class attended and academic performance.
  • Attendance details for the current academic year.
  • Reason for leaving the school (if applicable).
  • Conduct and behavior remarks.

Fee for TC

  • A nominal fee may be charged for issuing the TC. This information can be obtained from the school office.
