Transfer Certificate (TC) Policy
Issuance of Transfer Certificate
- Eligibility:
- A Transfer Certificate (TC) is issued to students who wish to leave the school for reasons such as relocation, admission to another institution, or completion of studies at the school.
- Application Process:
- Parents or guardians must submit a written application to the school office, stating the reason for the transfer.
- All dues, including tuition fees and other charges, must be cleared before the TC is processed.
- Processing Time:
- The TC will be issued within [specified number of days, e.g., 7-10 working days] from the date of application, provided all formalities are completed.
Details on the Transfer Certificate
The TC will include the following details:
- Student’s name, date of birth, and admission number.
- Last class attended and academic performance.
- Attendance details for the current academic year.
- Reason for leaving the school (if applicable).
- Conduct and behavior remarks.
Fee for TC
- A nominal fee may be charged for issuing the TC. This information can be obtained from the school office.
