Academic Calendar at MKD Public School

Commencement of Academic Year: The academic year begins in early April and runs until March of the following year.
Term Breaks: The year is divided into two terms with a mid-term break in October and a winter break in December.
Examinations: Periodic tests, mid-term exams, and final exams are scheduled throughout the year.
Parent-Teacher Meetings: Regular PTMs are held to discuss student progress and address any concerns.
Co-curricular Activities: The calendar includes events such as sports day, annual day, cultural programs, and educational trips.
Holidays: National and festival holidays are observed as per the school’s official holiday list.
End of Academic Year: The academic year concludes with final assessments and results declaration in March.
